Cushioning

Cushioning materials are designed to absorb shock and protect products from damage during handling, storage, and transit. Options like bubble wrap, foam rolls, and loose fill (pelaspan) help prevent shifting, reduce impact, and safeguard fragile or irregularly shaped items. The right cushioning not only minimizes breakage but can also improve packing efficiency and reduce overall shipping costs by using the appropriate level of protection for each application.

Bubble Wrap

Bubble wrap is a versatile cushioning material designed to protect products from impact and vibration during shipping and handling. Its air-filled bubbles absorb shock while keeping items lightweight and easy to wrap, making it ideal for fragile or irregularly shaped products. Available in various bubble sizes and roll widths, it offers flexibility for everything from small parts to larger items, helping reduce damage while maintaining packing efficiency.

  • Master bundles are available in 48” or 72” widths

  • Standard large bubble (1/2”) rolls are 250’ long, with retail rolls at 125’

  • Standard small bubble (3/16”) rolls are 750’ long, with retail rolls at 300’

Loose Fill

Loose fill, also known as packing peanuts, is a lightweight cushioning solution designed to protect products by filling empty space in a package. It helps prevent shifting during transit while absorbing shock and vibration, making it ideal for irregularly shaped or fragile items. Easy to pour, reuse, and adjust, loose fill allows for quick packing and efficient void fill, helping reduce damage while keeping shipping costs low.

Slitting and Perforation

Slitting and perforating are features that make cushioning rolls easier and more efficient to use. Slitting refers to cutting the material into narrower widths across the roll, allowing users to pull off smaller sections without needing additional tools—ideal for wrapping different sized items quickly. Perforating involves adding evenly spaced tear lines along the length of the roll, so sheets can be easily separated by hand at consistent intervals. Together, these options help reduce waste, improve packing speed, and ensure you’re using just the right amount of material for each application.

Polyethylene Foam Rolls

Polyethylene foam rolls provide a lightweight, flexible cushioning solution designed to protect products from scratches, abrasion, and impact during shipping and handling. Their smooth, non-abrasive surface makes them ideal for wrapping delicate or finished items, while the closed-cell structure resists moisture and adds an extra layer of protection. Easy to cut and conform around products of all shapes and sizes, foam rolls are a reliable choice for everything from electronics and glass to furniture and industrial components.
