Wrapping & Dunnage

Papers

Wrapping papers, such as kraft paper and newsprint, offer a simple and effective way to protect products during packing and shipping. They provide light cushioning, help prevent surface scratches, and are ideal for wrapping items before placing them in a box with additional void fill. Kraft paper is durable and tear-resistant, making it great for heavier or more rugged items, while newsprint is softer and more flexible, perfect for delicate surfaces. Both options are easy to use, cost-effective, and help improve packing efficiency across a wide range of applications.

Natural Kraft Paper

Natural kraft wrap is a durable, versatile packaging solution made from strong, unbleached paper fibers. Its tear resistance and flexibility make it ideal for protective overwrap, bundling, interleaving, cushioning and void fill. A practical and cost-effective choice, kraft paper is also recyclable and well-suited for a wide range of shipping and packing applications.

Newsprint

Basis weight is a standard way of measuring paper weight and thickness. It refers to the weight (in pounds) of a ream of paper—typically 500 sheets—cut to a specific “basic size” for that grade of paper (24” x 36” for kraft paper). Because different paper types have different basic sizes, a higher basis weight generally means a thicker, stronger paper within the same category. In packaging, this helps determine durability and performance—for example, heavier basis weight kraft paper will offer greater strength and tear resistance than a lighter weight option.

Neutral Kraft Paper

Meets MIL-DTL-17667E

Neutral Kraft Blue Line is a machine-finished kraft paper designed for wrapping and interleaving applications. The distinctive blue stripe—printed every 5½" to 6"—serves as a visual guide for consistent cutting and handling.

BS 30 (Lightweight)
A cost-effective option for wrapping and interleaving lightweight aluminum, stainless steel, and finished parts. Commonly used in slitting applications, including narrow widths for metal stamping.

  • Roll widths: 6" – 72" (1625’ per roll)

BS 50 (Medium Weight)
A stronger, more durable grade for heavier materials and applications requiring added protection.

  • Roll widths: 6" – 60" (1025’ per roll)

  • Sheets available; custom sizes common

Both options provide reliable protection while maintaining a clean, professional presentation.

Newsprint rolls are a lightweight, economical wrapping solution ideal for protecting products from scratches, dust, and light handling damage. Made from soft, uncoated paper, newsprint is easy to wrap around items of all shapes and sizes, making it a popular choice for packing, interleaving, and void fill. Its flexibility and cost-effectiveness make it especially useful in high-volume environments where speed and efficiency matter, while still providing a clean and protective layer for a wide range of applications.

Butcher Paper

Butcher paper rolls provide a strong, clean wrapping solution designed for both durability and presentation. Also known as white or bleached butcher paper, these rolls are commonly used in butcher shops, food processing, and food service environments, as well as for applications like restaurant table coverings and perforated “ice paper” thanks to their built-in moisture resistance. Compared to newsprint, butcher paper offers greater tear strength and a smoother, more professional appearance, making it ideal for wrapping heavier items or products that require a clean finish. All grades meet FDA requirements for direct food contact, making it a safe and reliable choice for a wide range of packaging and handling needs.

All paper rolls are available in custom widths and lengths, as well as a wide range of sheet sizes to meet your specific application needs.
